A lifelong resident of Bristol, Michael Vesel is a local writer who's dedicated to shedding light on the highs and lows of the region. 

Michael is Currently attending Temple University to complete his Bachelors of the Arts in Journalism.  It was during his work with the Bucks County Community College's newspaper,  The Centurion,  that Michael discovered his thirst for truth and an unhealthy obsession with writing.

His work in The Centurion was recently nominated for a 2011 Student Keystone Press Award for General News.

When not regularly contributing to Patch, Michael plays piano, watches excessive amounts of 24 hour cable news, and drinks near toxic levels of coffee.
