According to Groupon's policy, if you bought a voucher and are unable to redeem it because the business has closed they will refund your purchase.

Thanks for pointing that out, Pete. The addresses are usually listed in the title of the caption of the picture. I'm not sure why the addresses for the properties in Southampton did not publish this week. I will have to look into it.

It's not a pass/fail proposition, and the decision on what is acceptable is a subjective one (i.e. some people may think a dirty ice machine is not that big of a problem).
