Underage Drinking, Burglary and DUI Among Police Reports

Police reported to incidents of underage drinking, burglary and DUI in a recent blotter.

In addition to pending DUI charges for the intoxicated man who drove to the Northampton Township Police Department to complain about being fired from his job, police reported to incidents of underage drinking, burglary and another DUI. Burglary – Residential - Forced Unit block of Woodstream Drive On Tuesday, Dec. 11 a resident of the unit block of Woodstream Drive reported having returned home at 5:30 p.m. to find that some had forced entry in to the home. The last family member left the house at about 8:30 a.m. A laptop computer was taken from the home. Illuminated Deer Ornament, $2K Ring, $800 of Liquor Reported Stolen

Police reported several thefts in the recent police blotter.

Incidents of criminal mischief and thefts were reported in a recent blotter from the Northampton Township Police Department. Theft 1000 block of Almshouse Road On Monday, Dec. 3 a resident of the 1000 block of Almshouse Road reported that sometime overnight an ornamental, illuminated deer was stolen from her driveway. Its value was estimated at $60. Theft Unit block of Pine Run Place On Friday, Nov. 30 a resident of the unit block of Pine Run Place reported that sometime between Nov. 10 and Nov. 23 a ring valued at $2,000 had been stolen from his home.  Various workers had access to the home during that time frame. Burglary, Vandalism and Other Incidents Make Police Blotter

Police recently responded to reports of vandalism, burglary, theft and more.

In addition to the pending DUI charges for a man who fled a car crash, Northampton Township police also reported to incidents of criminal mischief, burglary, vandalism and more. Criminal Mischief 500 block of Hollyknoll Drive A resident on the 500 block of Hollyknoll Drive reported that sometime after 5 p.m. on Nov. 19 his vehicle was vandalized. A headlight was broken along with a plastic piece around a passenger side window. The manufacturer’s symbol was also ripped off of the vehicle. Damage was estimated at $1,000.  Burglary – Residential – No Force Unit block of Plumly Way On Tuesday Nov. 20, a resident of the unit block of Plumly Way stated that sometime between 3 and 6:20 p.m., someone entered his home and removed a small safe …

Man Found at Home After Fleeing Scene of Car Crash; DUI Charges Pending

According to a police blotter, a Southampton man crashed into a utility pole, fled the scene, abandoned the vehicle and was found at home.

Charges relating to DUI are pending after a Southampton man crashed into a utility pole, fled the scene, abandoned the vehicle in a wooded area and was found at home, police said in a recent blotter. A motorist reported witnessing a traffic crash on Chinquapin Road off of Buck Road, at 10:47 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 25, where a vehicle struck a utility pole and then fled the scene. The striking vehicle reportedly became disabled off of Bristol Road.  Officers located the vehicle with extensive damage in a wooded area on Bristol Road near Murray Road, according to the police blotter. The vehicles registered owner, a 43-year-old man from Southampton, was located at his home near where the vehicle was found. Police Respond to 3 Residential Burglaries and More

Three reports of residential burglaries, an attempted residential burglary, criminal mischief and more were listed in a recent police blotter.

In addition to a possible DUI charge for a man falling asleep behind the wheel of his running vehicle, the Northampton Township Police Department also released reports of residential burglary, theft, criminal mischief and more in a recent blotter.  Burglary – Residential - Forced Unit block of Meer Drive A resident of the unit block of Meer Drive reported a burglary from the house. The owner was out between 10:30 a.m. and 12:49 p.m. and returned to find that someone had forced entry to the house. A yet-to-be-determined amount of jewelry was found stolen on Friday, Nov. 16. Criminal Mischief, DUI, Burglary Among Police Reports

Police released a recent blotter that details incidents of criminal mischief, burglary, DUI and more.

Reports of criminal mischief, DUI, burglary and vandalism were listed in a recent Northampton Township Police Department blotter from Nov. 13.  Burglary – Residential - Forced 100 block of Forrest Creek Court On Nov. 8, the owner of a home on the 100 block of Forrest Creek Court, who had left the home at about 2 p.m., reported being notified by a friend at 2:30 p.m. that people were at her home. Officers arrived at the home and found an unsecured rear door. When the homeowner returned, she found several items including paintings, jewelry and a gold watch to be missing. A recent police blotter details reports including thefts, criminal mischief and more.

In addition to reports of public urination, a recent police blotter detailed thefts, burglary, criminal mischeif and more. Attempted Theft 345 Newtown – Richboro Road – Northampton Township Civic Center On Monday, Nov. 5, a representative of the township reported that sometime between Nov. 3 and Nov. 5 someone had attempted to force entry into a pole barn that holds township equipment at the Northampton Township Civic Center. No entry was gained, however approximately $100 in damage was done to a locking handle. Police: 66-Year-Old Man Hit Parked Car

DUI charges are pending a lab report, after a man struck a parked car while driving, according to police reports.

Northampton Township Police reported to the scene of a traffic crash, where the driver of a vehicle struck a parked car, according to a recent police blotter. On Thursday, Oct. 25 around 11 p.m., officers investigated a traffic crash in the 100 block of Bellwood Drive. A vehicle that was being driven by a 66-year-old man from Langhorne struck a parked car. The man's car had to be towed from the scene due to the extent of damage, reports said. Police observations of the man, along with his inability to successfully complete a series of field dexterity tests, led to his being taken into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence. Police detailed recent thefts, burglaries and criminal mischief in a recent blotter.

In addition to the recent acts of vandalism reported in the township, Northampton Township Police included reports of theft from vehicle, burglary, criminal mischief and more in a police blotter released on Monday, Oct. 22. Theft from Vehicle 100 block of Stratford Drive On Friday, Oct. 19, a homeowner on the 100 block of Stratford Drive reported that sometime between 8:30 p.m. on Oct. 18 and 6:30 a.m. on Oct. 19 his cell phone and a GPS unit had been taken from his unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway. No value was given for the stolen items.
