Trash collection will be adjusted due to the upcoming holidays.
Northampton Township announced changes to the trash collection schedule for the upcoming holidays. Pick up will be adjusted due to Christmas and New Year's Eve. Monday, Dec. 24: Christmas Eve Tuesday, Dec. 25: Christmas Day Monday, Dec. 31: New Year's Eve Tuesday Jan. 1: New Year's Day If you have questions or concerns, please call J.P. Due to the Monday holiday, trash will be pushes back a day.
With Monday being the official observance of Labor Day, trash pick up throughout Northampton Township will be pushed back by a day. Everyone's trash will still be collected, however, it will be collected the day after the normally scheduled time. If you're trash is usually picked up on Monday, it will be picked up on Tuesday; If it's usually picked up on Tuesday, it will be collected on Wednesday, and so forth until Saturday. The trash schedule will return to normal on Monday, Sept. 10.
