Police Cite 19-Year-Old with Public Drunkenness, Underage Drinking, Disorderly Conduct

Northampton Township Police Department released a recent blotter.

Police cited a 19-year-old with disorderly conduct, underage drinking and public drunkenness after responding to a disturbance report, according to a recent blotter. While investigating a disturbance on South Timber Drive in Holland at 4 a.m., officers encountered a 25-year-old male and 19-year-old female engaged in a verbal argument. The man told police that he was simply trying to leave. The teenager, who is from Holland, was found by officers to be intoxicated and loud. After three attempts to get her to go back inside and to remain in her home, she was taken into custody and returned to Northampton Township Police Department headquarters where she was cited for disorderly conduct, underage drinking and public drunkenness, before being …

Two Men Caught Urinating Outside of Wawa

According to a recent police blotter, two men were cited for disorderly conduct.

After being caught urinating in public, two men were cited for disorderly conduct, according to a recent police blotter. An officer on patrol came upon two men urinating in the rear parking lot of the Wawa located at 750 2nd Street Pike in Richboro around 1:45 a.m. on Sunday, Nov. 4. Steven Glover, 22, of Langhorne and Nicholas Crocker, 21, of Levittown were cited for disorderly conduct.

Shots Fired in Holland; Man Cited for Disorderly Conduct

A 32-year-old man was cited for disorderly conduct and a local ordinance violation after firing a gun in the woods.

A 32-year-old man from Holland was cited for disorderly conduct after shooting a handgun in the woods, according to police reports. On Saturday, Oct. 6, while investigating a suspicious vehicle next to a playground on East Gate Place near Norwood Place around 5 p.m., an officer heard 12 to 14 gunshots coming from the nearby woods, the report said. An adult male and juvenile female were then observed walking out of the woods. The adult admitted to having a handgun on him and said he fired it. Police said he was also found to have been drinking. Hi Alex. Thanks for the comment. We've recently been instructed to leave names out of police articles when involving misdemeanors, such as disorderly conduct, because sometimes the charge is later dropped, the person is found not-guilty or the record is completely expunged. If we print their name online it will always be searchable, even if we update the article to say so-and-so was found not-…   more ›

Woman Reportedly Assaults 19-Year-Old Woman

A 43-year-old woman was charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after assaulting a 19-year-old woman, police say.

Northampton Township Police charged a 43-year-old woman with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct after she assaulted a 19-year-old woman, according to police reports. Police responded to a reported assault at a home on the 500 block of New Road in Holland on Saturday, Oct. 6. Upon arrival, police found that Lien Nguyen, 43 of Churchville had assaulted the 19-year-old daughter of the property owner. Nguyen was taken into custody and transported to Northampton Township Police Department headquarters for processing, police said. She was then charged with simple assault, harassment and disorderly conduct. She was arraigned and released on her own recognizance in lieu of $5,000 bail. Police Charge Holland Man with Resisting Arrest, Disorderly Conduct, Traffic Violations

Police reported a disorderly conduct incident with a Holland man in a recent police blotter.

What started as a speeding violation resulted in charges relating to resisting arrest and other related violations after a Holland man failed to comply with police instructions, according to a recent blotter. Alex Lerner, 39, of Holland will be cited for disorderly conduct, resisting arrest and traffic violations after a series of events that took place on Saturday, Aug. 4, Northampton Township police said. An officer clocked a vehicle traveling 20 miles per hour over the posted speed limit on 2nd Street Pike near Twining Ford Road on Aug. 4. Police Cite 4 Teens for Underage Drinking

The Northampton Township Police Department cited several teens for underage drinking over the weekend on three separate occasions.

Detailed in a recent police blotter, the Northampton Township Poice Department reported three separate incidents where four teenagers were cited for underage drinking. On Sunday, July 22, police observed a male—Thomas Haggerty, 18, of Ivyland—urinating in the parking lot of the Wawa on 750 2nd Street Pk. in Richboro. After talking to Haggerty, police found that he had been consuming alcoholic beverages. Haggerty was cited for the liquor law violation as well as for Disorderly Conduct for urinating in public. A day earlier, while on patrol at 2:44 a.m. on Saturday, July 21, an officer observed two younger-looking individuals, wearing dark clothing, stumbling in the eastbound lane of travel on the 400 block of East Holland Road.
