Bain Workers Bus Tour Makes Stop at Sesame Place

The anti-Romney tour brought Bain employees and Big Bird to Sesame Place in Middletown to rally against Mitt Romney and Mike Fitzpatrick.

A bus filled with employees of companies owned by Bain Capital, a private equity firm founded by Mitt Romney, came to Sesame Place to hold a rally Wednesday evening. The bus met with a group of protesters from around Bucks County. The local group stiffly opposes Romney and 8th District Republican Congressman Mike Fitzpatrick. PBS does not own Sesame Place or the Sesame Street Workshop which produces Sesame Street. Sesame place is owned by Sea World which pays royalties to the Workshop which is a non profit corporation. PBS is the medium which broadcasts the show. Sesame Street was funded on PBS by private grants and the United Stated Dept of Education.   more ›
