35th Annual Halloween Happening- Northampton Parks & Rec.

FREE Family Event. Costume registration starts at 11 am followed by a jumpin, interactive concert by Meg Russell. Wear your costume for the parade which follows. Judges will award trophies in age categories: 2 & younger, 3-5 yrs, 6-8 yrs., 9-12 yrs & Famly Group. Treats, games, a Friendly Fortune Teller, Balloon Artists & more. Bring a carved or decorated pumpkin and you could win an award.
