"After the tragedy at the Boston Marathon, we wanted to include the opportunity for people to support the victims and survivors for all  BucksFit participants," said Betty Satterley, special events coordinator for Northampton Township Parks and Recreation.

No running experience is necessary to participate, Satterley stressed. "Whether you are a seasoned runner or want to leisurely walk or stroll the course in support—everyone is welcomed," she said.

"We are really trying to encourage everyone to join us on Sunday in hopes of a community show of support for One Fund Boston," Satterley said.
