Villa Joseph Marie Grad Makes Dean's List at Catholic University

Katelyn Leon of Bensalem made the Dean's List at The Catholic University of America.

Villa Joseph Marie graduate Katelyn Leon of Bensalem made The Catholic University of America's Fall 2012 Dean's List.

According to her father, Leon earned a grade point average of 3.74 last semester, which earned her the achievement.

Leon, who is a junior studying Pre-Law and Politics, has made the Dean's List for four consecutive semesters, according to a letter sent to her from Dean L.R. Poos.

"My most sincere congratulations and best wishes for continued success in your studies," Poos said.

Leon's father also offered his congratulations to his daughter, who plans on attending law school after graduating from Catholic University.

"Congratulations on your achievements and good luck at Oxford," Gregory Leon said.

Leon is a 2010 graduate of Villa Joseph Marie High School.

Students in the School of Arts and Sciences must have a grade point average of at least 3.5 with a minimum of 15 credits in order to make the Dean's List at Catholic.
