Car Wash Raises Funds for School Orchestra

Council Rock High School South is holding a fall festival this Saturday, Oct. 13, and the orchestra will raise money at a car wash during the event.

Council Rock South's orchestra will wash your car for a donation at the school's Fall Festival on Saturday, Oct. 13.

The festival—which is an opportunity for students to promote their clubs and organizations—will be held at the high school (which can be accessed by Middle Holland Road or Newtown-Richboro Road) from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Arrive a little early to have your car washed and to help raise funds for the school's orchestra. The car wash will take place from 9 a.m. until 1 p.m. Then you enjoy the rest of the fall festival by playing games or purchasing food.

The orchestra isn't charging a set amount for the car wash, but is accepting donations of any amount. The money raised will help fund future orchestra activities and master sectionals.
