Comedian Craig Ferguson to Perform at CR South

The Emmy-nominated comedian will perform on Oct. 22.

Fans of CBS's "The Late, Late Show" won't have to stay up until the wee hours of the morning to catch a glimpse of Craig Ferguson next weekend.

The famous comedian will be performing at 8 p.m. at Council Rock South on Oct. 22, and a portion of the ticket proceeds will go to the Miracle League of Northampton.

Ferguson, who hosts the show that airs weeknights at 12:35 a.m., is a Scottish-born American citizen who started off his career as a drummer for British punk bands. He slowly made his way up the ladder into acting and later writing and directing, his CBS bio states.

He started as a talk show host in 2005, and the show has seen its highest ratings since its launch in 1995.

"Aside from entertaining millions of fans across the globe with his late night talk show, Ferguson has redefined stand-up comedy with his unique and one-of-a-kind style, drawing on personal narrative combined with his traditional joke style and impeccable delivery," a press release said.

The public can buy tickets for the event on Ticketmaster. Prices range from $49.50 to $69.50.
