Zoning Hearing Board to Meet Tonight
The board will hold a public hearing at 7 p.m.
The Zoning Hearing Board will consider Appeal No. 2011-18 by Gastec Enterprises, Inc. at 7 tonight in the Administration Building.
The applicant wishes to use the facility at 25 Council Rock Drive as a propane storage and distribution facility. This requires a special exemption under the zoning code, specifically sec. 140-23.C(1) and (2). The property is currently zoned as I-1 Planned Industrial/Office District.
