Zoning Board to Meet Tonight

The board will at the Township Municipal building at 7 p.m.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing tonight at 7 p.m. to hear two appeals.

Appeals for the Aug. 13 meeting include:

  • Victoria Goi, of 18 Fir Dr. in Richboro, hopes to receive an impervious surface ratio instead of the permitted maximum impervious surface ratio in order to construct an inground pool.
  • Thomas McGrath and McBrick Company, L.P. are requesting variances under the zoning ordinance of 1977 to permit a rear yard setback of 22.6 feet instead of the permitted 50 feet, and a greater maximum impervious surface ratio than is permitted in order to have a patio within the rear yard setback.

The previous mentioned residents will discuss their appeals in detail at the meeting, which will take place in the , located at 55 Township Rd.

The Zoning Board meets on the second and fourth Monday of every month as needed.
