Zoning Board to Meet Tonight

The board will hear four appeals at the Monday, June 11 meeting.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing tonight at 7 p.m. to hear four appeals.

Appeals for the June 11 meeting include:

  • Rosanne and Michael Edenhart-Pepe, of 121 Lisette Rd., hope to get a zoning variance to keep hens on property, which is less than 5 acres.
  • Parish, located 654 Hatboro Rd., is seeking permission to erect a 50.5 square foot ground mounted sign, instead of the permitted 25 square foot sign.
  • Stephen P. Hull wants to convert a barn on the property of 277 West Bristol Rd. into a residential apartment to be used by a family member or caretaker.
  • Robert H. Grace, of 62 Paisley Rd., hopes to add an addition onto an existing detached garage on the property.

The previous mentioned residents will discuss their appeals in detail at the meeting, which will take place in the Northampton Township Building, located at 55 Township Rd.
