Zoning Board to Hear Two Appeals Tonight

The zoning board will meet at the municipal building at 7 p.m.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the township building at 7 p.m. tonight.

The board will hear two appeals:

  • Munz Construction and Mr. and Mrs. Floyd of 244 Woodlake Dr., Holland, hope to construct an addition for use as an in-law suite. To do so, the Floyd's and Munz Construction are requesting a variance that would allow a front yard setback and rear yard setback different than what is required under the R-2 –Single-Family Cluster District zoning.
  • Leonid and Natalie Yampolsky of 119 Orthodox Dr., Richboro, wants to construct an inground pool with a patio and coping and are requesting a variance from the Northampton Township Zoning Ordinance to permit a maximum impervious surface coverage of 23.9 percent instead of the permitted 20 percent. The property is zoned AR—Agricultural-Residential District.
