Zoning Board to Hear Three Appeals Tonight

The zoning board will meet at the municipal building at 7 p.m.

The Zoning Hearing Board will hold a public hearing at the township building at 7 p.m. tonight.

The board will hear three appeals:

  • Bogdon Charyton of 67 Brae Bourne Drive in Richboro is asking for a zoning variance to reduce the rear yard setback so an addition can be added to the rear of the existing home. The property is zoned R-2 for a single family district.
  • John Pawlowski of 165 Valley Drive in Churchville is requesting a variance from the zoning ordinance for a side yard setback of 7 feet 11 inches instead of the permitted 20 feet, to construct a garage. The property is zoned R-2 for a single family district.
  • Hal and Robin Ganzman of 19 Farm House Lane in Richboro is requesting a variance to permit an impervious surface ratio of 19.69 percent instead of the permitted 18 percent in order to install an inground pool and a patio. The property is zoned C-R—Country Residential District.
