Paving Projects on the Horizon

Northampton Township Public Works will be working on township roadways in the coming weeks.

In the coming weeks, Northampton Township Public Works will be tackling seven sections of roadway previously identified as proposed paving projects for 2011.

The projects, ranging in cost from $23,000 to $96,250, will occur weather-permitting between now and the week of Aug. 21. If all are completed, the township will have spent roughly $228,625 on pavement projects this year.

Public Works Director Bob Kulp said the this year as opposed to streets through developments.

The schedule of projects is as follows:

Week of July 31st: Tanyard Road and Lower Holland Road

Week of Aug. 7th: Cameron Drive and Rocksville Road

Week of Aug. 14th: Windsor Drive and Sherwood Drive

Week of Aug. 21st: East Holland Road
