Churchville Sends Hometown Girl to White House (For the Summer)

The list of new White House interns includes a Churchville resident.

There are paper-pushing internships. Amazing career-boosting internships. And then there are White House internships.

Valerie Delp of Pepperdine University School of Law, and a Churchville resident, is going to find out the difference this summer.

The White House announced her participation in its 2012 internship program this week.

Interns work in one of several White House departments, from the Office of Chief of Staff to the Office of the White House Counsel.
