Police Report Theft of $600 From Car, Stolen Bicycle

And a 24-year-old who was wanted by Buckingham Township Police was located.

Northampton Township Police reported the following recent incidents:

Friday, Dec. 28 

A victim reported that sometime overnight someone broke a side window on her van that was parked near the 300 block of Linden Road. Stolen items include $600 in cash, a TV and DVD player.

Officers received information that a wanted subject, Louis Ceneviva, 24, formerly of Hatboro, was at a home in the unit block of Wheatsheaf Road.  The warrant was for theft charges and issued by Buckingham Township Police Department.  On arrival, the subject was not at the house but pulled into the driveway while officers were there.  Ceneviva was taken in to custody and turned over to Buckingham Township officers.

Officers investigated a traffic crash in which a vehicle struck a parked car in the 100 block of Savage Drive shortly after 3 p.m.  The driver was asked to submit to a series of field dexterity tests and he was unable to successfully complete some of the tests. He was taken into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence.  He was transported to the Saint Mary Medical Center where samples of his blood were obtained for analysis.  He was then brought to NTPD-HQ for processing before being released to a family member.  Charges relating to DUI are pending the lab report.

A Rolling Hills Drive resident reported hearing a crash outside his home. He went outside to check what the noise was and found his mailbox had been struck, possibly by a vehicle.  Officers checked the area and found a second mailbox on Rolling Hills Drive had also been damaged.  Damage to the complainant’s property was estimated at $250.00.

Sunday, Dec. 30 

The complainant reported the theft of a 24” green and white bike from his garage on Kelinger Road sometime between Dec. 21 and Dec. 30.
