Monday, November 21: Theft at 280 Middle Holland Road – Twining Village

The victim reported that sometime between 5 p.m. and 9 p.m. Nov. 20, someone had entered his unlocked apartment and stole two bottles of medications.

Criminal Mischief at the 600 block of Bustleton Pike

The complainant reported that sometime between 11 p.m. Nov. 19 and 8 a.m. Nov. 20, unknown actor(s) had poured bleach into the gas tanks of her vehicles.  No damage estimate was available.

Theft on Cypress Circle

The victim reported discovering on Nov. 9 that a safe in the home had been entered with $20,000 and $25,000 worth jewelry having been taken from it.  The jewelry was last seen in July of this year.

 

Thursday, November 24: DUI at Buck Road by Forrest Drive

An officer patrolling at 1:23 a.m. saw a vehicle traveling south in the northbound lane of travel of Buck Road. The officer was able to catch up to the vehicle saw it swerve off of the roadway in the area of Bucks County Roses and then back onto the road. The officer was able to get the vehicle to stop on Buck Road by Forrest Drive. The driver was identified as William Graff, 39, of Churchville. His appearance and inability to perform a series of field dexterity tests led to his being taken into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence. Graff was transported to the Saint Mary Medical Center where samples of his blood were obtained for analysis. He was then taken to the Warminster Township Police Department for processing before be transported to his home.  Charges relating to DUI are pending the lab report.
