Tuesday, May 10: Criminal Mischief at 1235 Buck Road – Bucks County Roses

A business representative reported that sometime between 5:00 p.m. May 8 and 9:00 a.m. May 9, the business sign had been tagged.  The value of the damage was not known at the time of the report. 

Wednesday, May 11: Criminal Mischief at 2002 Rock Way – Council Rock High School South

The complainant, a student at the school, reported arriving for school at 7:45 a.m. and parking in the lot.  When he returned to the vehicle at about 2:45 p.m. he found a pipe lying next to the vehicle and the rear window shattered.  The value of the damage was not known at the time of the report.

Thursday, May 12: Public Drunkenness at 700 block of 2nd Street Pike

A caller reported a vehicle in a parking lot in the 700 block of 2nd Street Pike with a subject in it who appeared to be intoxicated.  Officers checked and found the vehicle and were able to identify the subject as Richard Smithson, 40, of Ivyland.  His actions and appearance indicated he had been drinking.  Officers transported him home and will issue a citation for public drunkenness.
