Wednesday, March 2: Theft at the 300 block of Holland Road

The complainant reported noticing that sometime after Jan. 19 a silver service was missing from her dining room hutch and a four-foot stuffed bear was missing from the living room.  The value of the missing items was not known at the time of the report.

Thursday, March 3: Arrest for Criminal Sexual Contact

At the end of February, 2011, investigators became aware of a case of criminal sexual contact involving a minor that began in 2001 and continued into 2008, the victim having been eight years of age when the assaults began. An investigation was conducted resulting in the arrest of Bradley G. Smith, 40, of Richboro. Smith was arraigned before District Judge Donald Nasshorn and remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility in lieu of $1 million dollars (10 percent) bail.
