Friday, June 1: Underage Drinking at Justice Drive and Middle Holland Road

During the course of a traffic stop on Middle Holland Road at Justice Drive at 10:13 p.m., an officer found the vehicle's operator, Brad Dunne, 19, of Churchville, to be in possession of alcoholic beverages in violation of state liquor laws.  Dunne was cited for the liquor law violation in addition of several motor vehicle code violations.

Saturday, June 4: Vandalism at 1500 block of East Bristol Road

The complainant reported that sometime between 2:40 a.m. and 7:00 a.m., his vehicle that was parked in the driveway had been egged.

Theft from Vehicle at 325 Newtown-Richboro Road – Northampton Township Civic Center

At 12:47 p.m. the victim reported someone had just stolen her wallet from her unsecured vehicle while it was parked in the lot of the Civic Center.  The wallet contained $300 in cash and a bank card.

 

Sunday, June 5: Criminal Mischief at Unit block of Highpoint Drive

The victim reported that sometime between 8:00 p.m. and 9:30 p.m., someone had shattered the driver’s side window of his vehicle.

 

Monday, June 6: Warrant Arrest at 400 block of Twining Ford Road

At 7:00 a.m. officers received a report of a suspicious vehicle parked in front of a home in the 400 block of Twining Ford Road.  On arrival officers located the vehicle and found two subjects, a male and female sleeping in it.  The male was identified as Brian McGinley, 22, of West Chester, who had an outstanding warrant for his arrest issued by Chester County for violating the conditions of his probation.  McGinley was taken into custody and turned over to constables from Chester County.  The female occupant of the vehicle was sent on her way.
