Friday, July 22: Theft from Vehicle on North Traymore Avenue

At 1:22 a.m. the complainant reported someone going through her unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway.  Found to have been taken from the car was change that had been stored in a cup holder.  Officers checked the area and were unable to locate any suspects.

Theft from Vehicle at 200 block of Mallard Road

The victim reported that sometime between 6:30 p.m. July 21 and 6:30 a.m. July 22, unknown actor(s) had entered his unlocked vehicle that was parked on the driveway. Found to have been taken from the vehicle was a GPS unit, sunglasses and a flashlight.  The items had a combined estimated value of $500.

The property owner reported a profanity had been written in her driveway with a substance similar to caulk. A potato had also been placed in the tail pipe of a vehicle in the driveway.

 

Saturday, July 23: Theft at 750 2nd Street Pike – Richboro WaWa

A representative of the WaWa reported an employee, Nicole Cimino, 21, of Bensalem, had been confronted about and admitted to having stolen 30 to 40 cartons of cigarettes valued over $2,000 in the past month. Cimino was taken into custody and transported to the Warminster Township Police Department for processing and arraignment on charges of Theft and Receiving Stolen Property.  Magisterial District Judge Burns released Cimino on $25,000 unsecured bail.

Theft on Carriage House Drive

The complainant reported having returned home from a week’s vacation to find jewelry missing from a bedroom. The missing items had an estimated value of $1,450. There had been contractors working in the home while the complainant was away.

 

Sunday, July 24: Disorderly Conduct/Public Drunkenness at  171 Jacksonville Road – Spring Mill Manor

At 1:23 a.m. officers responded to a report of a disorderly person at a wedding party being held at the facility.  On arrival guests directed patrols to an individual who was walking south on Jacksonville Road.  The subject was located by the golf club and identified as, Mark Mozi, 25, of Philadelphia.  His actions after he was confronted by officers led to his being taken into custody. He was transported to NTPD headquarters and cited for Disorderly Conduct and Public Drunkenness before being released to a friend.

Theft on Casey Road

The property owner reported that sometime after 8 p.m. July 23 someone had stolen a $100 pump from their rear yard.
