Saturday, July 2: Vandalism at 200 block of Sunset Drive

The complainant reported that sometime overnight the vehicles that were parked in the driveway had been egged.

Sunday, July 3: DUI at Newtown-Richboro Road by Fir Drive

At 11:51 p.m. an officer on patrol observed a vehicle being operated erratically traveling north on 2nd Street Pike then east on Newtown-Richboro Road.  The vehicle was stopped and the operator identified as Gregory Garner, 57, of Langhorne.  Observations of Garner, along with his inability to successfully complete a series of field dexterity tests, led to his being taken into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence.  He was transported to the Saint Mary Medical Center where samples of his blood were obtained for analysis then to Warminster Township Police HQ for processing.  Charges relating to DUI are pending the lab report.

Theft at 800 Bustleton Pike – Fresh Works

A representative of the business reported that sometime between June 25 and 28, a $6,000.00 meat slicer was stolen from an area of the building that is accessible by several tenants.

 

Monday, July 4: Disorderly Conduct at West Bristol Road and Jacksonville Road

At 9:50 p.m. officers responded to the intersection of West Bristol Road and Jacksonville Road for a report of a disorderly person on the highway screaming profanities. On arrival the subject, who was identified as Breanna Trommer, 20, of Fort Washington, refused to comply with officers' instructions and was therefore taken into custody. She was transported to NTPD headquarters where she was released into the care of a relative.  She will be cited for Public Drunkenness and Disorderly Conduct.

 

Tuesday, July 5: Attempted Residential Burglary at 200 block of Green Drive

The complainant reported that sometime between June 10 and 23, while the home was vacant unknown actor(s) attempted to force entry into the home via rear doors. 

 

Wednesday, July 6: Vandalism at Ivy Greene Run – Ivygreene Clubhouse

A representative of the Ivy Greene homeowners association reported that sometime between June 28 and 30, an unknown person smeared fecal matter on the walls of a bathroom stall. There have reportedly been four similar instances.
