Tuesday, February 7: Forced Residential Burglary at the 1000 block of East Bristol Road

A family member of the property owner reported arriving at the home at approximately 3:45 p.m. and finding a door to the home that had been forcibly entered. He also saw a broken pane of glass in a door leading to a second floor rental unit. The tenant was contacted and reported having left the home at about 2:30 p.m. Another family member of the homeowner reported having dropped items off at the house at about 2:40 p.m., at that time the home was still secure. Taken from the property was jewelry and miscellaneous small items.

The complainant reported that while attending a function at the country club her small clutch bag containing a bank card, $25 in cash and $20 worth of gift cards was stolen.

Wednesday, February 8: Theft at 200 Newtown–Richboro Road

The complainant reported that sometime during the past 13 months unknown actor(s) stole three copper grounding bars from various locations within the fenced compound of the cell tower site. Each of the bars had an estimated value of $1,500. The actor(s) had cut the fence to gain access to the site but were able to gain access to the building without force.

Vandalism at the 100 block of Potters Court

The complainant reported that sometime between 3 p.m. and 9:52 p.m., unknown actor(s) had tagged his and another vehicle with spray paint. The complainant was able to wash the paint from both leaving no permanent damage.
