Saturday, February 4: Criminal Mischief on Douglas Road

The complainant reported that sometime during the evening hours the soft top on his vehicle that was parked on the property had been ripped by unknown actor(s). Damage was estimated at $597.

The complainant reported his mailbox was stolen sometime between 9:30 a.m. and 2 p.m. The value of the box was not known.

Monday, February 6: Theft from Vehicle at the 100 block of Brook Drive

The victim reported that sometime between 10 p.m. Feb. 2 and 5 a.m. Feb. 3,  unknown actor(s) had entered his unlocked vehicle that was parked in front of the home and took 11 credit/debit cards. One of the cards had been used by the actor(s) early Friday morning according to the credit card company.

Assault at 745 Second Street Pike – Richboro Collision Express

At 2:58 p.m. officers responded to a report of an assault that had occurred in the business at 745 Second Street Pike, Richboro Collision Express. On arrival they found a 43-year-old, male, employee had been assaulted by a customer, Robert Prutzman, 48, of Richboro. During the assault the victim sustained a laceration to the head after having been pushed to the ground. The victim was transported to Holy Redeemer Hospital by a family member for treatment of his injuries.  The suspect had left the business prior to the arrival of police. An arrest warrant was obtained for Prutzman on charges of Assault, Harassment and Disorderly Conduct. He was taken into custody at his residence, transported to the Warminster Township Police Department where he was processed and arraigned before District Judge Baum and released on $1,000 unsecured bail.
