Wednesday, December 21: Theft at the 100 block of Nottingham Drive

The complainant reported that sometime between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. unknown actor(s) stole Christmas decorations valued at $60 from their front lawn.

Saturday, December 24: Theft from Vehicle on Mallard Road

The complainant reported that sometime between 5 p.m. Dec. 23 and 10 a.m. Dec. 24, unknown actor(s) had entered her unlocked vehicle that was parked in the driveway and stole approximately $52 in cash and a multi-purpose tool valued at $40.

Monday, December 26: DUI-Related Traffic Crash at 800 Bustleton Pike – Crossroads Plaza Shopping Center

At 3:07 p.m. officers responded to the parking lot of the Crossroads Plaza by the Dunkin Donuts for a report to a traffic crash where a motorist had backed her vehicle into a parked car. During their investigation, the officer’s observations of the driver, Elizabeth McGrath, 48, of Bensalem, led to her being asked to submit to a series of field dexterity tests.  She was unable to successfully complete the tests and was taken into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence. She was transported to the Saint Mary Medical Center where samples of her blood were obtained for analysis. Charges relating to DUI are pending the lab report.

 

Tuesday, December 27: Criminal Mischief on Rotterdam Drive, West

The complainant reported that sometime between 8 p.m. Dec. 26 and 7 a.m. Dec. 27, unknown actor(s) had thrown bricks at his mailbox causing approximately $55 in damage.

Criminal Mischief at 84 Steamwhistle Drive – Street Solutions

A business representative reported that sometime between 2 p.m. Dec. 23 and 9 a.m. Dec. 27, unknown actor(s) had shattered windows on two vehicles parked in the lot. The cost of repairs was not known at the time of the report.

Vandalism at the 1100 block of Old Jordan Road

The property owner reported that sometime overnight someone had tried to knock over the property's mailbox. There was no permanent damage.
