Wednesday, August 3: Criminal Mischief on Bryan Drive

Two complainants reported their vehicles that sometime between 9:30 p.m. Aug. 2 and 6:58 a.m. Aug 3, their vehicles that were parked on the street had had tires slashed on them. Damage was found to be $244.11 on one of the vehicles and $202 on the other.

The victim reported that two of three vehicles parked on their driveway had their tires slashed sometime overnight. Damage was estimated at $250.

Criminal Mischief at 200 block of Holly Hill Road

The complainant reported that sometime between 8 p.m. Aug. 2 and 7:30 a.m. Aug. 3, unknown actor(s) had slashed a tire on his vehicle that was parked in the driveway. Damage was estimated at $175.

Criminal Mischief at 100 block of Anselm Drive

The victim reported tires had been slashed on her vehicle sometime between 10 p.m. Aug. 2 and 5:15 a.m. Aug. 3. The victim did report having seen a group of six or seven kids in a two sedans in the area at about 10 p.m. It is unknown if the subjects are related to the incident. Damage to the complainant’s vehicle was estimated at $150.

Criminal Mischief at 100 block of Southwark Court

The complainant reported that sometime during the overnight hours someone had slashed two tires on her vehicle that was parked in the lot by her home. Damage was estimated at $300.

 

Thursday, August 4: Criminal Mischief at 1065 2nd Street Pike – China Chef

The complainant reported finding a front window on the business had been broken sometime between 3 a.m. and 6:55 a.m., but nothing appeared to have been taken from inside.   

Criminal Mischief at 200 block of Anselm Drive

The property owner reported that sometime during the early morning hours of Aug. 2 had knocked her mailbox off of its base. Damage was estimated at $50.

 

Friday, August 5: Underage Drinking at Buck and West Village Roads

While on patrol at 3:05 a.m., an officer encountered two younger looking males wearing dark colored clothing and carrying back packs in the area of Buck and West Village Roads. When they noticed the officer they started to walk off onto a grassy area. The subjects were stopped and identified, both from Holland, one 15 and the other 16 years of age. Both tested positive for having been drinking. Both were turned over to their parents and will be cited for the liquor law violation.

Vandalism at 100 block of Lark Drive

The homeowner reported that sometime overnight someone had egged the property's front door. 

DUI at Newtown-Richboro Road and West Pickering Bend

A caller reported a possible DUI in the lot of the Richboro Sunoco at 11:13 p.m. As officers were arriving in the area, the described vehicle was seen pulling out of the lot onto Newtown–Richboro Road without having stopped. The vehicle was stopped by West Pickering Bend and the operator identified as Michael Murray, 46, of Warminster. His appearance, actions and inability to successfully complete a series of field dexterity tests led to his being taken into custody on suspicion of having been operating a vehicle while under the influence. He was transported to the Saint Mary Medical Center where samples of his blood were obtained for analysis, then to the Warminster Township Police Department for processing. Charges relating to DUI are pending the lab report.

Vandalism on Indian Summer Drive

The complainant reported having been out of the house between 9 p.m. and 11 p.m. On his return he found that one of his vehicles had been wrapped in saran wrap and had shaving cream sprayed on it.  They also found the home had been sprayed with silly string and trees and bushes had toilet paper strewn about them.

 

Saturday, August 6: Criminal Mischief on Tanyard Road

The complainant reported that someone had thrown a landscaping rock through one of her front windows at about 11 a.m. Damage was estimated at $300.

 

Sunday, August 7: Criminal Mischief at 1200 block of Spencer Road

The property owner reported that sometime between July 28 and Aug. 7, his mailbox had been knock from its post, their lawn was turfed and two solar lights had been damaged. Damage was estimated at $50.

Vandalism at 100 block of Independence Drive

The complainant reported that sometime between 10:30 p.m. Aug. 6 and 11 a.m. Aug. 7, her vehicles had been egged and an egg had also been thrown at her home's front window.
