Saturday, April 9: Theft from Motor Vehicle at Unit block of Lakeview Drive

The complainant reported finding that his and a neighbors pick up trucks had hand and power tools stolen from them sometime between 9:30 p.m. April 8 and 7:00 a.m. April 9.  The complainant’s loss was estimated to be $650.  The neighbor reported a loss of approximately $180.

The victim reported that sometime overnight unknown actor(s) had entered his unlocked camper that was parked in the driveway and stole loose change and a multi tool.  The total value of the theft was estimated at $50.

Warrant Arrest by Philadelphia Police Department – 15th District

Officers from the Philadelphia Police Departments 15th District notified this department that they had taken into custody a Thomas Yearwood, 33, of Philadelphia, on an outstanding arrest warrant from NTPD.  The warrant was issued in September of 2010 on charges of Defiant Trespass, Harassment and Stalking.  Officers retrieved Yearwood from the 15th District and transported him to the Warminster Township Police Department where was processed and arraigned before Judge Perranteau who ordered he be remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility.  Yearwood was transferred into the custody of Constables for transport to the correctional facility.

Underage Drinking at Unit block of Golf View Drive

At 10:48 p.m. officers received a report of an underage drinking party at a home in the unit block of Golf View Drive.  When officers arrived at the home the occupants closed and locked the doors and shut off the lights.  Officers were eventually able to make contact with the homeowner who was not at home at the time.  The homeowner gave permission for officers to enter the home where they found a total of 14 youths, seven of whom were hiding in a cupboard in the basement.  Evidence of drinking was found in various areas of the home.  All of the youths were given portable breath tests to determine if they had been drinking.  Investigation into the case is continuing.

 

Sunday, April 10: Criminal Mischief at Unit block of Sienna Circle and 100 block of Cecelia Acres Drive

The complainant reported that sometime between 6:00 p.m. and 10:00 p.m. April 9, someone had damaged their mailbox and its post.  Damage was estimated at $200.  In checking the area officers located two other mailboxes damaged in the 100 block of Cecelia Acres Drive.  One box had an estimated value of $200, the other $1,000.

 

Monday, April 11: Criminal Mischief to Public Facilities at 98 Upper Holland Road – Richboro Middle School

School security reported finding extensive turf damage to the south side lower level, soccer, baseball and football fields.  The damage reportedly occurred sometime after 5:00 p.m. April 9. 

Criminal Mischief to Public Facilities at 2002 Rock Way – Council Rock High School South

School security reported a hill near the student parking lot had been turfed sometime over the weekend.  It was also found that the varsity baseball field had extensive turfing damage.

Criminal Mischief to Public Facilities at 125 Upper Holland Road – Richboro Elementary School

A school representative reported their property had also been turfed sometime over the weekend.  Investigation into this and the damage to the other two schools is continuing.

Attempted Residential Burglary at Unit block of Douglas Road

The complainant reported that sometime between 8:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m.  unknown actor(s) forced open the rear door to the home.  Nothing appeared to be missing from the home.  The actor(s) may have been scared off by the property owner’s dog.
