The fourth suspect in the  has been found by a New York police department and will return to Bucks County within three days, Newtown Township Police announced Wednesday.

Newtown Township police learned this week that Grussenmeyer is also wanted by Buckingham Township police for burglary. The Buckingham Police Department was notified of the extradition, Newtown police said.

Max Rosen, 18, of Trumbull Court in Newtown Township and Colin O'Neill, 19, of Dispatch Drive in Washington Crossing were present Monday at the Newtown Borough courtroom to hear District Judge Donald Nasshorn read their charges.  Judge Nasshorn set bail at $100,000 for both Rosen and O’Neill.

Grussenmeyer, Rosen and O'Neill are being charged with criminal mischief to a public building, disorderly conduct, littering and conspiracy to commit each of the charges. A fourth teen was involved but is a minor.

Due to the extent of the damage and the loss suffered by the township, the charges of criminal mischief fall into the felony category, police said. If convicted of criminal mischief as a third-degree felony, the suspects could face up to seven years in jail.

According to the criminal complaint, Rosen told police that he, O’Neill and Grussenmeyer – known among his friends as “Jake G” -- were at the park “drinking and having a good time” the night of the suspected crime.

Rosen said he saw O’Neill and Grussenmeyer go into the bathroom and then “heard a bunch of mumbo jumbo,” according to the criminal complaint. When police asked what he meant by mumbo jumbo, Rosen said “he heard crashing and things breaking.”

Rosen said he saw O’Neill and Grussenmeyer kick holes in the walls of the restrooms and then get up on the roof of the restrooms, according to the criminal complaint.

Rosen told police that he left the park but O’Neill and Grussenmeyer stayed. Upon returning later, O’Neill and Grussenmeyer told Rosen “we (expletive) up the bathroom,” the criminal complaint said.

Police said in addition to the damage, the township incurred a $708 rental fee for a temporary restroom at the park. The township is also responsible for a $1,000 insurance deductable to Delaware Valley Insurance Trust. The total cost incurred by Newtown Township and the Delaware Valley Insurance Trust is $18,997, police said.

According to police, approximately 29 separate holes were kicked or punched into the four exterior walls of the restroom structure. Three exterior doors were torn from the hinges, and an aluminum gutter was torn from the soffit portion of the structure.

A stainless steel exhaust fan along with the venting pipes were crushed and dented.  The roof-mounted solar panels were cracked and roof shingles were torn from the restroom structure.
