Man Arrested for Stalking, Harassing Holland Woman
A Philadelphia man was arrested on charges of stalking and harassment filed by the Northampton Township Police Department.
A man was arrested on a warrant on charges of stalking and harassment on Saturday, Sept. 8, according to a recent police blotter.
The Philadelphia Police Department had knowledge of the arrest warrant for stalking and harassment charges, which was filed by the . The Philadelphia Police located Maksimov at the Leo Mall on Bustleton Avenue and took him into custody.
Custody was then transfered to Northampton officers.

The charges stemmed from a recent incident involving a 24-year-old female from Holland, the report said. Police also found that Maksimov was on probation for prior incidents of having stalked the same female victim.
Maksimov was arraigned before District Judge Benz and was remanded to the Bucks County Correctional Facility. He is being held on the probation violation in addition to $75,000 bail.
