Hey Dresher Mom - I asked about this to the UDPD, and was told that this was a standard traffic stop with no real chase, however the driver "was an older lady who had medical issues and there was no problems," according to the UDPD Administrative Service Officer. The vehicle had been involved in an accident earlier in the day, which is why the bumper was hanging off. Let me know if you have any questions!
