Deadly Route 332 Crash Takes One Life

One person was killed in a head-on collision that occurred at 6:40 p.m. yesterday at the intersection of 332 and West Pickering Bend in Richboro.

Thomas Crompton, 53, of Holland, was pronounced dead at the scene after his Pontiac Sedan collided with another Holland resident's Chevrolet Avalanche pick-up truck, Dective Sergeant William Klein said.

Police and fire officials responded to the accident on 332, also known as Almshouse and Newtown-Richboro Road, after it was called in at 6:37 p.m. 

The other resident had no serious or life-threatening injuries, though he might have sought medical treatment otherwise, Klein said.
