The report says, "At 2:10 a.m. on Nov. 11, an officer stopped a vehicle for speeding on Newtown-Richboro Road by East Pickering Bend. Observations by the officer of the driver—a 24-year-old man from Newtown—led to him being asked to complete a series of field dexterity tests, which he could not do successfully." -------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- There are honest & dishonest officers. My advice is DO NOT DRIVE ANYHWERE IN THESE SUBURBS AFTER 10 PM BETWEEN FRIDAY NIGHT & SUNRISE SUNDAY AM. TOO many of the police up here will and DO find and or MAKE-UP a reason to pull a vehicle over CLAIMING ANYTHING for "Just Cause" & conduct sobriety checks that experts claim are VERY unreliable. Up to 40% of SOBER drivers will FAIL these tests. (Source is online). And heaven forbid you are taking ANY medication prescribed by your doctor that MAY cause drowsiness, you can expect your life to change. STOP THIS POLICE-STATE. STOP OFFICERS FOR THEIR "CREATIVE WRITING (i.e. LYING) on reports and perjury in the courts all in the name of REVENUE GENERATION. So yourself a favor if taking ANY medication and DON'T DRIVE AT NIGHT ESPECIALLY ON WEEKENDS. And to the GOOD and HONEST officers: THANK YOU!
