Police say a man who allegedly fired off several shots inside a County Line Road eatery Friday morning has turned himself in.

NBC10 reported Jose Delgado, accompanied by his lawyer, surrendered to Warminster Police last night.

Delgado faces several charges including discharging a firearm, terroristic threats, simple assault, reckless endangerment and disorderly conduct. He is being held at the Bucks County Correctional Facility on $500,000 bail.

Warminster Police Chief Mike Murphy said Delgado, the former owner of Mamajuana’s Kitchen, entered the restaurant just after 10 a.m. Friday morning and fired four shots from a semi-automatic hand gun at the current owner before fleeing the area.

A preliminary hearing before Magisterial Justice Daniel Finello is scheduled for Friday, Feb. 1.
