$100K Worth of Jewelry Missing Over Three Months, Resident Tells Police

A Drew Drive resident told Northampton Township Police that someone stole more than $100K worth of jewelry over the last three months.

Northampton Township police reported the following recent activity:

A Drew Drive resident told police Tuesday that someone stole cash and jewelry from their home sometime within the past three months. Police said an undetermined amount of cash and $111,000 worth of jewelry was reported stolen.

A Harriet Road resident reported Tuesday that someone smashed the window of his car sometime after 10 p.m. March 18. The vehicle had been parked in the street in front of the resident’s home.  No value was given for the damage, Northampton Township Police said.

A Holly Hill Road resident said sometime overnight Tuesday into Wednesday someone entered his unlocked car and stole a backpack containing a laptop. The computer was valued at $100, police said.

An employee at Carver’s Garage reported Wednesday that a case of beer and a case of hard lemonade were stolen from a customer’s car that was parked in the lot. The beverages were taken from the trunk sometime between 8:30 a.m. and 4 p.m., the employee told police. The combined value of the items taken is $40.
