Open Space

My house backs up to the Reserve of Newtown.  They are supposed to keep the grass within 20 feet of my property below 12 inches.  It is currently 32 to 46 inches.  I've contacted the township a week ago and nothing has been done yet.  The ordinance states that fines can be imposed up to $1000.00 per day.  For a township that is "cash needy" you'd think they would jump on fining The Reserve of Newtown and other Associations that don't keep their grass mowed.
