Group Dog Walk

Anyone interested in forming a dog walking group at Tyler state park? This is an excellent opportunity to expose your dog to other dogs in a controlled environment. Pack travel is extremely beneficial for dogs, as it provides a chance to socialize and exercise.

There is actually a group called Crazy Dogs of Bucks County that does walks there about twice a week. They also do other area walks throughout the week at other parks, too. And I am a part of another group called For The Love of Dogs and we organize walks as well. You can find both groups on meetup.com and join. My dog and I are chomping at the bit for some warmer weather since we haven't been able to walk all winter between the cold and too much salt on the roads. I am an organizer for FTLOD and will be putting together some group walks soon at the warminster community park, the Northampton Twp park and Tyler.

I would love to find out more information on these walks. I live in Northampton and would love to socialize my dogs.

Go to meetup.com and search for dog walk groups in the area. I'm a group leader with a group called For The Love of Dogs. I'll be scheduling walks around the area soon.

I'd be interested in joining a group. Tyler is in my back yard basically. I just adopted 3 dogs, 2 being puppies and they need to learn leash walking, and 1 who is about 2yo and doesn't have the best leash manners yet, but loves other dogs.
