Annual Village Renaissance Faire Set for Next Weekend
Coming September 15 and 16, the 13th Annual Village Renaissance Faire will feature more than 200 performers recreate history for only $5. And all proceeds go to the Library. HUZZAH!!!!
Coming again this Sept. 15 and 16, the Village Library of Wrightstown's 13th annual Renaissance Faire will again allow people to take an entertaining, educational and interactive walk back through time.
For the 13th year, volunteers and professionals, and all in between come together to bring the Mystical world of merriment, wonder, and imaginary creatures alive one weekend this September in your own backyard. Dozens of actors will re-create literary tales live through original story-lines called Living Literature, as well as our local Village Players who perform anachronistic tales that involve all attendees.
They will be joined by performers from across the region who fill the Faire's seven stages. More than 200 actors and performers come together to fill the Faire's seven stages and provide the ultimate family festival where not only can one hear beautiful live music, theatre, dance, juggling, and laugh, learn and play in the process, but they also see dragons fly, people breath fire, men bend metal, and mystical creatures of roam...And as all should be, in the end civility, responsibility and respect of each other and the environment reign. Also how can anyone dispute the pittance of $5.00 for such a diverse event offering FUN for people of all ages. And all proceeds goto the Library. HUZZAH!!!!!
