THE POW-WOW PRINCIPLE: Pennsylvania German Folk Healing
Journey back to the Old World origins of pow-wow. Learn how it evolved in Pennsylvania and quietly flourished, side by side with the culture's main streamed practices. From its beginnings in the 19th century to the famous 20th century "Hex Murder" in York County, learn how pow-wow changed the ways in which Pennsylvania Germans were viewed.
