Help Your New Year’s Resolutions Stick:Learn T’ai Chi Chih®, a Popular Moving Meditation That Improves Physical Health & Emotional Well-being


Local teacher is welcoming the public to a FREE demonstration/class of T’ai Chi Chih at 10:30am at Medicine in Balance, Langhorne on Saturday,  Jauary 26th. Because of its effectiveness, this moving meditation has recently been written about in The New York Times, AARP national magazine, and many other media,” said teacher,Siobhan Hutchinson. “Learning T’ai Chi Chih would be an excellent way to commit to improving your health and increasing your happiness now.”


An 8 week class begins on Saturday, February 2nd at 10:30am.  Please contact Siobhan to learn how to save on the class fee and to learn about an afternoon class on Saturdays in Morrisville.
