The Twilight Wish Foundation is a non-profit organization that "grants wishes" to low-income seniors, ages 68 and older. The group was founded in Bucks County in 2003 and their vision is "to make the world a nicer place to age, one wish at a time," according the group's website.

"Twilight Wish is in need of funding," Kavalek said. "We are always looking for donations. In addition, we appreciate corporate sponsorships, in-kind donations, and volunteers."

Some local businesses are also donating to the event, including pretzels from Philly Pretzel Factory in Richboro, bananas from , water from Acme in Newtown and an arrangement from . There will be a 50/50 drawing and raffle baskets from other local businesses, too.

Recently, the foundation has granted wishes to senior citizens looking for everything from special needs equipment to activities to celebrations of life.

Some of the open wishes, or those that have not yet been fulfilled, include a woman from Bensalem who wishes for clothing and shoes that fit, which she cannot afford. Another from Lancaster, WI, cannot afford a washer and dryer so she doesn't have to go to a laundromat.

Registration can be found at the center of the organization's website.
