Devon, of boy scouts Troop 147, recently passed his Eagle Scout Board of review and received the prestigious rank of Eagle Scout.

Devon's Eagle Scout project aided the animals, visitors and members of the Bucks County Zoo. He built play platforms for both the foxes and skunks, built benches that converted to tables for their visitors and their learning center, prepared and painted lockers for the volunteers and built signs. Devon, along with the members of Troop 147 raised all of the funds necessary to purchase the supplies needed to accomplish his project.

The Council Rock South senior said, "To me, being an Eagle Scout is more than a rank or badge. It's an attitude and is major milestone in my life. It was a personal goal that I worked on for many years, and means more to me than anything else that I have accomplished."
