: At Luke Edward Bonhage’s preliminary hearing Thursday, felony charges of drug delivery resulting in death, criminal trespassing and a misdemeanor charge of possession of a controlled substance were dropped, however, the 22-year-old is now set to face a new misdemeanor charge of involuntary manslaughter when his case is heard at county court in Doylestown.

: A 70-year-old woman, Frances Pelham of Jenkintown, was pulled over after she ran a red light at the intersection of Philmont Avenue and Pine Road in Lower Moreland. She was traveling at 70 mph before being pulled over and failed a field sobriety test. Other arrests were made for public drunkenness, possession of marijuana and more, according to the police report.

: Among the arrests and incidents reported in a recent police blotter, was the citation of a 49-year-old Trevose man, Raymond Connor, for public drunkenness. Connor registered a .29 blood alcohol level when given a breath test and was transported home.

: On Thursday, April 5, Dan McPhillips was sworn in by Magisterial Judge Dan Finello as Warminster's new supervisor, replacing Ellen Jarvis. McPhillips will serve the remainder of her term, which ends in 2013.
