Thursday, April 21: Criminal Mischief at 200 block Bradley Court

The complainant reported that at approximately 10:00 p.m. unknown actor(s) damaged his mailbox.  Damage was estimated at $150.

The complainant reported that sometime after 11:30 p.m. April 20, his mailbox was damaged by unknown person(s).  Damage was estimated at $100-200.

Friday, April 22: Vandalism at 600 block of Beverly Road

At 1:12 a.m. the complainant reported his vehicle had been egged but sustained no permanent damage. Officers checked the neighborhood finding an additional 13 vehicles that had been egged. The vehicles owners were notified.

Vandalism at Unit block of Hickory Drive

The complainant reported finding that sometime overnight his vehicle had been egged. There was no permanent damage.

Vandalism at Unit block of Eagle Mount Drive

The complainant reported that sometime between 9:00 p.m. April 21 and 8:30 a.m. April 22, his vehicle had been egged.

Public Drunkenness at 7 Upper Holland Road – Modern Nails

At 4:18 p.m. officers received a report of a disorderly person at the nail salon.  On arrival an employee reported the subject, who officers located sitting on a curb in front of the business, was not happy with the work done on her nails.  The subject was refunded half of the value of the service and then left.  A short time later the subject returned and began yelling profanities while in the business. Officers spoke with the subject and identified her as Jennifer Wolff, 38, of Richboro.  Officers’ observations and interaction with Wolff, along with her earlier actions led to her being taken into custody for public drunkenness.  She was transported to NTPD headquarters where she was released into the care and custody of a friend. Wolff will be cited for Public Intoxication.

 

Saturday, April 23: Criminal Mischief at 100 block of Rotterdam Drive

The property owner reported that sometime between 9:00 p.m. April 22 and 4:15 p.m. April 23, the flag was broken off of their mailbox.  Damage was estimated at $5.

DUI at Buck Road by Kings Way Drive

At 6:57 p.m. an officer on patrol observed a southbound vehicle passing another car on Buck Road which had a double yellow center line.  The officer was able to stop the vehicle on Kings Way Drive.  The operator was identified as William Sinclair, 49, of Langhorne.  Observations of Sinclair by officers, along with his inability to successfully complete a series of field dexterity tests led to his being taken into custody on suspicion of having been driving while under the influence.  He was taken to the Saint Mary Medical Center where samples of his blood were obtained for testing, then to the Warminster Township Police Department for processing.  After processing he was brought to NTPD headquarters where he was released to a family member.  Charges relating to DUI are pending the lab report.

Vandalism at Holland Road near Newtown – Richboro Road

The complainant reported that while driving northbound on Holland Road at about 7:50 p.m. a passenger in the vehicle in front of his leaned out of the vehicle and threw a plastic bottle at his vehicle.  The vehicle struck the complainants vehicle but caused no damage.
