Oct. 27: The Rain is Coming

Here's your "five" for Thursday.

  • Help out Rolling Hills Elementary by buying pies for the holidays on Market Day this month. Use code NEWFIVE when you place your order on marketday.com. Remember to designate Rolling Hills as your school.
  • Rainy today with a high near 57, according to the National Weather Service.
  • This Saturday is National Drug Take-Back Day, and there will be drop-off locations all over the county including the library. Also, the police station has a 24/7 dropbox open to the public.
  • Don't forget about Patch's Little Pumpkin Contest. Your children's cute costumes could make you a national winner!
  • The Bucks County Legislative Forum on Education is tonight from 7 p.m. to 10 p.m. at William Tennent High School. This is a special, countywide event which has been organized by Centennial School District. The forum will have several key state legislators from Bucks County, including Education Committee Chair Paul Clymer and Auditor General Jack Wagner.
