Last Chance Summer Camps

With only one week to go, Northampton Township Parks and Recreation still has openings in several theme camps for the week of Aug. 22 to 26.

Cheerleading Camp: Venom All Star Cheerleading is for kids ages 6 to 18 and is held at the Recreation Center all next week. The cost is $120 for Northampton residents and $140 for non-residents. The camp staff has years of professional cheerleading and gymnastic experience and is ready to teach your child cheers, dances and more.

Chemistry Camp: The Wacky Chemistry Camp is perfect for children who want to perform fun experiments and learn how to use basic lab tools. Campers must be between 7 and 11 years old and should come to camp in clothes that can get messy. The cost is $130 for residents and $145 for non-residents.

Sewing Camp: A Stich in Time is a great camp for beginners and advanced sewers who want to learn more about proper sewing techniques. Kids should be between 10 and 18 years old and can bring their own sewing machines or request one at the time of registration. Cost is $70 for residents and $85 for non-residents.
