Craigslist: Antiques for the Young and Old
Are you a collector? Do you have trouble resisting stopping at yard sales? Would you like to know a little more about what your fellow community members are getting rid of? We've scanned the local Craigslist to help you find the answers.
- Cast Iron Bathrub: This black and gold beauty has authentic claw feet and is in excellent shape. Make sure you have reinforcements when you come to pick it up, though, because this beast is heavy. If there's no offer made by Friday, it's going to the junkyard! Email the seller with "MILK" in the subject line if you're truly interested.
- Metal Milk Jugs: Speaking of authentic, these metal jugs have seen their share and wear and tear, but they've been fixed up. The owner has sanded them down and coated them with fresh black paint and there are no holes. The same seller as the bathtub requests you put "MILK" in the subject line and make an offer by Friday.
- Kids Kitchen Playset: This four-piece playset includes a fridge, oven, sink and plenty of counterspace – perfect for delicious make-believe meals! The owner will take the best offer and it's also more than 40 years old.
- Chandelier: A beautiful addition to any home, this chandelier is an aged bronze color with six arms and frosted glass shades. It's on the market for $65 with a few bumps and bruises and is pick up only.
