Isabelle played with the Youth Orchestra of Bucks County's Concertino ensemble for the second half of last season and is back again for her first full year. She's been playing the viola for four years after a year on the violin. She said she enjoys the extra work the ensemble provides.

"The sectional helps me," she said. "The violas and cellos play together and we get to work on the lower notes until we get them fine-tuned."

She said she's aiming to move up to the Philaharmonia ensemble next year, but knows that will require more hard work.

"I'll need to improve my hand position, that's for sure," she said.
